ANALISA KERUSAKAN KOMPONEN FUEL SYSTEM ENGINE 2J TOYOTA FORKLIFT

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the damage, causes of damage, repair steps and maintenance of the 2J Toyota Forklift engine fuel system components. During the research process, the author carried out remove, disassemble, visual inspection, assemble, install and carried out measurements and tests on fuel components and systems. The results of the visual inspection and testing on the Toyota Forklift 2J engine fuel system showed a leak in the fuel hose from the tank to the fuel filter. The author repaired it by adding a clamp to the hose and tightening it. The other components are still in good condition and can be reused. Keywords: Heavy Equipment, Fuel System, 2J Toyota, Forklift
