Abstract

The main objectives of implementing the community partnership program (PKM) in the form of training are to increase sales, profits, and wages of Anisah Catering micro-business employees. The methods used in implementing the training are lectures/presentations, questions and answers (brainstorming), and practical exercises. The results of the post-training evaluation showed that all training materials provided by the PNUP PKM team were greatly needed by Anisah Catering micro-business employees in the future. They also experienced an increase in knowledge and skills after the training. The average value related to this reached 4.65 from the highest point of 5.0. The four training participants also expressed great interest in further exploring all the materials obtained in the training. The value related to this was 4.56 from the highest point of 5.0. The four training participants also admitted to experiencing increased knowledge and skills after the training and mentoring. The academic outputs successfully achieved were the publication of articles in online media, implementation videos published on YouTube, article drafts, and poster drafts. The draft copyright proposal is still in the process of document preparation. Furthermore, the impact of this PKM activity is that soft skills, hard skills, and employee knowledge in managing micro-businesses increase, sales turnover increases, gross profit increases, and worker welfare increases.
