PELATIHAN PENGOLAHAN, PENGEMASAN, DAN PELABELAN PRODUK

Abstract

Enrekang is a horticultural production center that meets the needs of the community in Eastern Indonesia, even some products are exported. Chilies are abundant in the area, so they need to be processed to obtain a higher value. The Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of Enrekang Regency, which is a partner in this program, feels the need to understand the processing method of these products and then pass on knowledge and skills to the farming community in the related sub- districts. For this reason, the purpose of this program is to train DWP on processing chilies into chili sauce products, in addition to training in the process of product packaging, labeling, and product marketing. Thus, it is hoped that a small business can be formed processing chilies into chili sauce products. Keywords: Enrekang, chili sauce, packaging and labeling
