PENINGKATAN KUALITAS DAN KUANTITAS SOUND SYSTEM MASJID UWAIS AL- QARNI

Abstract

Masjid Uwais Al Qarni (UAQ) is located in the north of Makassar, on Jl. Mannuruki, Perumahan Batara Ugi, Sudiang Raya, Makassar. The activities at the mosque include congregational obligatory prayers, studies, majelis taklim, and religious lectures. The study and taklim activities are held every Sunday, and the program for improving the recitation of the Qur'an takes place every Wednesday. Participants in these activities are congregants from the surrounding area. The number of congregants has increased, leading to activities also being held on the second floor. Therefore, there is a need for additional sound system and an improvement in its quality. The PKM activities include the procurement of additional sound systems and the enhancement of the quality of the sound system devices. The goal of this service is to design, procure, and install a sound system on the second floor of Masjid UAQ. The partners for this PKM activity are the mosque management, who have approved and received the equipment, which consists of a complete sound system set with a microphone. In addition to the enhancement and quality improvement of the sound system, this PKM activity also worked on improving the mosque's online media.
