FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA KONSTRUKSI DI BUNGKU KAB. MOROWALI SULAWESI TENGAH

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to obtain information of factors affecting labor productivity in theconstruction sector in bungku Kabupaten Morowali. The benefit of this research is to identify the condition of laborproductivity of construction in Morowali District so that improvement steps can be taken in accordance to increase laborproductivity. The method used is a questionnaire with scoring data by likert. Based on the results of scoring respondentsin the form of scoring method according to likert scores of data ordinal scale, factors that affect the labor productivity inMorowali district are labor factors, owner factors, and internal factors of productivity. In the three factors, the greatestresults in the category agree that lack of experience, delay in payment and managerial ability.
