SINTESIS DAN KARAKTERISASI NANOPARTIKEL TITANIUM DIOKSIDA DENGAN BIOREDUKTOR EKSTRAK KAYU MANIS (Cinnamomum sp.)
Abstract
Biological synthesis of nanoparticles by plant extract is at present under exploitation for the reason that to developenvironmentally benign nanoparticles synthesis to avoid adverse effects in removal pollutant applications. Many plantextracts employed are neem, lemon grass, aloe vera, Indian gooseberry and Cinnamomum sp. which focuses on thegreen chemistry principles. In this report we have developed a facile and eco-friendly method for the synthesis oftitanium dioxide nanoparticles from titanium isopropoxide solution using Cinnamomum sp extract. The synthesizednanoparticles were characterized using x-ray diffraction (XRD), spectrofotometer UV-vis and XRF. The sharp peaks byXRD pattern show the crystallinity and purity of titanium dioxide nanoparticles anatase and particle size are 12,08 nmReferences
