PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SITEM INFORMASI DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA FAKULTAS KEGURUAN DAN ILMU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS MULAWARMAN

Abstract

The strategic planning of Information System and Information Technology is needed to support the organization’s
strategic business that described in its vision and mission. The strategic planning is needed to present information
system and information technology that suits to the current orgranization’s performance and for the future. The faculty
of Teacher Training and Education of Mulawarman University is the largest faculty in the university. The faculty is
located in 3 (three) locations that far from each other, they are in Gunung Kelua, Pahlawan Road and Banggeris Road.
According to the passage, The faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Mulawarman University is urgent to
analyze the Information System and Information Technology resource for development to support the vision and
missions. This research used Framework that proposed by Ward and Peppard , SWOT analysis, McFarlan Portofolio
Analysis and Enterprise Architecture Documentation. This studies created a new future application portofolio of Faculty
of Teacher Training and Education of Mulawarman University.
