AUDIT ENERGI SISTEM KELISTRIKAN GEDUNG POLITEKNIK NEGERI UJUNG PANDANG MENGGUNAKAN SCADA SEBAGAI INSTRUMEN PENGUKURAN PERMANEN

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a system that can monitor electrical system data in BuildingDepartment of Electrical Engineering PNUP (politeknik negeri ujung pandang) as one of the primary data used toconduct energy audit. To read the data used PM (Power Meter) 5350 and PLC (programmable logic controller) functionas data processing for the purposes of measurement and for control. In the second year of data monitoring and controlfunctions using HMI (human machine interface). In HMI displayed visualization of data needed for monitoring or ascontrolling. These data are data of voltage, current, power factor and power. Based on these data can be known theexisting electrical conditions, so that appropriate action can be taken in accordance with the type of audit conducted, abrief audit, initial audit or detailed audit. The action is to improve the order phase, replace the lamp using energy-savingLED lights and power factor improvements. The result of this research shows that the augmentation through the lampreplacement is 1223 watt and the power factor is increased from 0.63 to 0.98.
