UNJUK KERJA REWINDING MOTOR INDUKSI DENGAN ISOALASI BELITAN STATOR BERBEDA
Abstract
This research is done by rewinding method with accurate determination of measurement of cross section diameter, andnumber of winding, insulation heating, distance between gap rotor and stator, choose material of various kinds ofinsulation winding stator induction motor good quality, such as enamel copper wire, aluminum wire .. After direwindingconducted data retrieval through a series of measurements and testing in the Electrical Machine laboratory whichincludes Test without Load, Load test. Aims to know the rewinding effect on the performance / characteristics of eachisolation of stator windings of induction motors that have been direwinding. The result of measurement of isolationresistance has fulfilled the standard of PUIL 2011, the insulation resistance of the entanglement of enamel is bigger thanthe insulation resistance of aluminum winding The result of no-load measurement by adjusting the input voltage isdirectly proportional to the increase of current, power, velocity, and working factor on the rewinding motor. aluminumwinding has a larger current than the motor results rewinding entanglement email, sebailknya power, speed and workfactor is greater than aluminum entanglement.
