PERANCANGAN SISTEM PERENCANAAN ASESMEN

Abstract

Assessment of Competency is a process of gathering evidence and making decisions regarding to competencecompletion. Competency is achieved if participant is able to succeed in competency units as acquired in IndonesianNational Work Competency Standards, International Standards and Special Competency Standards as the referencebenchmarks. Based on the BNSP.301, the LSP shall establish the operational standard procedures for developing theplanning and organizing of the assessment as outlined in the Planning and Organizing Assessment (MMA) document.This study aims at designing an assessment planning system that can automate a system that can generate MMAdocuments. The results of this design is the reference of making automation systems that produce MMA documents. Thesystem performs a passive verb searching using the Bruto Force Algorithm. The result of this search will be convertedinto active sentence based on the comparison result with criteria pattern based on SKKNI. This system is web-baseddesign, so it can be operated on various operating system platforms.
