Abstract

The household culinary industry plays an important role in sustaining the household economy in Panca Rijang District,Sidrap Regency. The home culinary industry produces a variety of traditional food products typical of Sidrap districtwhich has been known for a long time and is made from local ingredients. The problems faced by the culinary industry ofthe household are traditional business governance, unplanned production, low human resource capacity, lack oftechnological touch and small market share. Solutions to overcome problems by providing assistance, guidance, trainingand introducing modern technology in business governance, production processes, marketing, human resources. Themethod used in solving problems in the form of problem based discussion, entrepreneurship capacity building,technology transfer, monitoring and control. The results obtained from this activity are a change of mindset, an increasein the quality and quantity of production, an expansion of market share, an increase in human resource capabilities, andan increase in household culinary industry income.
