Abstract

The application program in the highlands is aimed at encouraging the process of increasing the production ofagricultural products, especially to meet the water needs of the rice fields of Mitra, farmers during the dry season,urgently need water for their crops. After that an evaluation using the question and answer method and discussion to determine the level ofcommunity understanding. The results obtained were 900 kg of grain for 10 acres, while for corn 600 kg, with a waterrequirement of 0 , 45 m3 / minute for rice fields and gardens 0.25 m3 / minute.
