Abstract

The implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is aimed at improving the living standards
of coastal communities. The problem faced by partners is the quality of frozen crab products is still very low, the
thickness of raw crab crackers is uneven. and the K3 principle has not been implemented in the production process. The
solution offered is to apply appropriate technology such as freezer machines and rice cake crackers. Palaksanan method
is to make certain components and then assemble them into machines according to the basic design that has been made.
The engines such as compressors and electric motors are purchased directly in stores. In addition, training was also given
on occupational health and safety, financial management and determination of cost of goods sold. The output of PKM
activities is freezer machine and lontongan cracker cutting machine. In terms of management, two people from partner
group members have been able to make cash books and financial recording procedures, and can determine the cost of
crab cracker sales.
