SISTEM PENJUALAN DAN PENYEWAAN LAYANAN PERNIKAHAN BERBASIS WEBSITE (STUDI KASUS: BUTIK STANDFASYA)
Abstract
The development of information technology encourages small and medium enterprises to adopt digital systems to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Butik Standfasya, a business engaged in wedding apparel rental and sales, still faces challenges in managing transactions, inventory, and financial reports through manual processes. This study aims to design and implement an integrated web-based sales and rental information system and provide an interface that facilitates product selection for customers. The system development method used was the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model. The system was developed using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, Laravel and Filament frameworks, and MySQL database. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) was implemented for Super Admin, Administrator, Owner, Sales, Cashier, Finance, Warehouse, and Customer roles. Black Box Testing involving 60 scenarios achieved a 100% functional success rate. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving five prospective internal users produced an average score of 4.68 on a 5.00 scale, categorized as Very Good. The results indicate that the system can integrate business processes, improve operational efficiency, support transaction and inventory management, and provide customers with a more practical transaction experience .Downloads
